Transformation processes in the Sub-Saharan zone

Abstract

The article analyzes the state of the economy of Sub-Saharan Africa. The paper analyzes the implementation of the sustainable development program "Sustainable Development Goals" by the countries of the region, which was launched in 2015 and is planned until 2030. The analysis identified the biggest development problems in Sub-Saharan Africa as poverty (more than a third of all employed people in Sub-Saharan Africa live on less than $ 1.9 a day), lack of quality education (more than a quarter of the world's illiterate people). live in Sub-Saharan Africa) and the lack of secure housing for a large section of the population (about a third of the region's population lives in slums or informal settlements). The article analyzes the indicators of the region in terms of the level of human development. The article focuses on finding ways to solve social problems in the region. The article offers an analysis of the impact of the level of education on the transformation processes of the countries of the Sub-Saharan zone.
