Modern evolution of concept of sustainable value creation of company based on expansion of resource component.

Creating a sustainable value is a new trend in strategic management of companies. Against the backdrop of the threat of global instability, global environmental and social changes are rapidly gaining recognition as factors that create significant risks and opportunities at the same time. Growth of this value is based on cost savings, improving reputation, reducing the level of socio-economic risks.
The article considers the integration of scientific approaches, which are the product of the evolution of various scientific schools, which in many cases were developing parallelly and fragmentedly. The theory of corporate finance, which is one of the key areas of corporate governance and the theoretical basis for the formation of market value, is experiencing a certain conceptual gap with the existing reality of the corporate environment and the challenges of modernity. Based on the consideration of the criteria for the corporate mission, the ownership of its capital, the nature of the behavior of economic actors and the use of the ethical business model, determining the value of the company, the differences between the classical theory of finance and the theory of sustainable corporate finance are examined. Generalized approaches to the composition of the company's capital, the peculiarities of their influence on the formation of corporate value. The world experience of using the concept of creating a sustainable corporate value is presented.
