Abstract

In the modern context, the issue of effective monitoring of higher education graduates’ employment is of particular relevance, since tracking their career paths makes it possible to assess the quality of educational programs and adapt them to the requirements of the labor market. However, Ukrainian universities lack a systematic approach to collecting and analyzing such data: the information is fragmented, unified digital platforms are absent, and the culture of developing and using objective analytical indicators remains underdeveloped. This negatively affects strategic planning, the reputation of higher education institutions, and employers’ trust. The purpose of the study is to substantiate a model for applying business intelligence (BI) tools for systematic monitoring, particularly through the integration of data from external sources. The scientific novelty lies in the development of a conceptual scheme for automated integration of professional network LinkedIn data into BI platforms such as Power BI to generate interactive monitoring dashboards. The proposed solution enables visualization of key performance indicators (KPIs), such as employment geography, popular industries, and graduates’ in-demand skills. The conclusions demonstrate that the innovations proposed in the article may become a fundamental shift in the approach to quality management in higher education.
