Prospects for investment in Ukraine: challenges during war and opportunities for recovery

The article explores the role of investments in the economy and society, systematically examines the challenges impeding foreign investment inflows, identifies the sectors of Ukraine's economy most impacted by the war, and highlights the adverse factors affecting the country's industries. It also analyzes shifts in investors’ priorities and behaviors after 2022 and identifies the sectors of the Ukrainian economy with the highest potential for investment.
Furthermore, the article underscores the opportunities emerging during the country's recovery process, including investments in infrastructure projects, the energy sector, the agro-industrial complex, and innovative technologies. The importance of international support, government incentive programs, and reforms in fostering a favorable investment climate is also emphasized.
