The scientific-theoretical and methodological approaches to measuring the abilities of workers to work are considered on the basis of integration of various ways of establishing individual and necessary labor costs and modern analytical methods of labor valuation by their addition and mutual enrichment. The notion of personal normative labor load as the basis for determining the price of labor-power sales between the hired worker and the employer-owner is determined. A sequential-stage method of conducting research on the example of flowconveyor production is offered.References
