The problems of ensuring the sustainability of the agricultural sector in the region are defined. The author’s interpretation of the categories "economic sustainability of the region" and "economic sustainability of the agricultural sector" are proposed. The classification of category "sustainability of the agricultural sector in the region" supplemented with an intellectually-innovative component. The measures of legal regulation of sustainable development of the agricultural sector in crisis regions.References
