Abstract

In the article the basic approaches and human resource management issues, the theoretical aspects of evaluation of human resources management, selected areas of good governance, such as the improvement of the organizational structure of personnel management, business valuation, investment and motivation. Presented indicators that appear gauges governance criteria, the definition of which may be a source of information for management decisions regarding the effectiveness of motivational management of human resources.
