The article analyzes the results of an expert study of the conditions and potential threats to doing business in Vinnitsa region. The conducted research includes several blocks: study of satisfaction with local conditions of entering a business; exploring opportunities for cooperation and partnership; assessment of the quality of staff training and the receipt of professional services; study of the possible impact of labor migration; determination of innovative potential of the region; formulating general recommendations for improving business conditions. The study found that all experts support the need for innovative development and are trying to constantly evolve in this direction through the introduction of automated production processes, the introduction of innovative services, the digitization of internal processes, the introduction of IT-innovations in customer communication processes. According to the results of the research, it was found that among the general recommendations for improving the conditions of doing business by local authorities, it was noted the need to: create favorable stable conditions for business, provide preferences and ensure the availability of financial resources for business development through special programs of local authorities under the conditions full transparency and absence of corruption; development of a program to promote positive results of interaction between business and government, increase the level of trust in local authorities by changing the media policy; defining the direction of smart specialization of the region, creation and development of innovative infrastructure.References
