Measures of global innovation development and transformation of the industrial policy of countries.

The article is devoted to the analysis of changes in industrial development programs in different countries during the second polyvine of the XX and the beginning of the XXI centuries. Different views on the term "strategy" are considered, the evolution of the apparatus of planning by economies in the countries of the world is considered. The main factors influencing the change in the economy of the leading powers are presented. Also, the main drivers of innovation in the socio-political life of the countries of the world are identified. The article gives a taxonomy scheme for national innovation systems. The influence between the introduction of innovations and the development of the economy and the level of socio-political life of the states is proved.References
