Abstract

In this paper the theoretical and applied aspects of the application of the McKinsey 7-S model for assessing the readiness of Chumak PJSC for changes and further strategic development are considered. To date, the instability of the environment has a continuous impact on the enterprise, the same internal environment of the enterprise will play an important role in the readiness of the enterprise to change in response to their action. That's why the McKinsey 7-S model is one of the contemporary tools for researching aspects of the internal environment. By studying the enterprise's internal environment, the McKinsey 7-S model will allow managers to generally assess the performance of their operations and readiness for change, and make informed decisions about managing potential risks and costs that accompany the required changes. The McKinsey model is designed to detect inconsistencies in the work of the company and the establishment of business processes. Interaction within the company is a guarantee of success, the strategy can not contradict the system of values, and the style of relations affects the staff. The article assesses the competitiveness of the enterprise, identifies the main shortcomings in the management of the company and provides recommendations for their elimination.
