Socio-economic analysis of labour market condition in Ukraine.

The article is devoted to research of modern labour market in Ukraine and problems of its development condition for determination on their basis of perspective directions of adjusting of home labour market and providing of its balanced. It is certain that the disbalance of labour market is characterized by the mismatch of in-quality parameters of supply and demand of labour force.
It is set with the use of retrospective data of state statistics, that a national labour market in Ukraine is characterized by the decline of level of economic activity of able to work population and its employment, reduction of economy’s necessity in labour force, that provokes the increase of unemployment rate. Negative is a dynamics of correlation of demand and supply at the labour market in Ukraine. Thus a most disbalance is an agricultural segment of labour market (loading into 1 vacant working place almost in 4 times exceeds a national index).
It is set that the prospects of subsequent researches in this direction must be oriented to systematization of reasons of national labour market disbalance and development of measures on the increase of its functioning efficiency.
