Interrelation between concepts of human development and economic knowledge: analytical assessment.

The article investigates the theoretical aspects of the formation of the concepts of human development and the knowledge economy, their interrelationship and differences. The analysis of Ukraine's place in the world rankings for educational indexes. It was determined that the accumulated human capital in Ukraine today is implemented effectively in the context of innovation development needs. It identifies a number of negative phenomena in the social and economic problems resulting from the growth in unemployment. Using analytical support, the dependence of poor quality of life, the outflow of highly qualified specialists to abroad, braking scientific and technological development of high unemployment. The conclusion about the need to create a favorable social, economic, political, demographic and environmental conditions for the realization of human potential. The measures on the formation possibility of the employee to meet the needs and ensure the further development.References
