The subject of the work - conceptual bases of perfection of the bank's profit management mechanism.
The aim of the article is to study the mechanism of management of the bank profits.
Method and methodology of work - used general scientific and special methods, such as comparison, the scientific abstraction, induction and deduction, analysis and synthesis, and the like.
The results - in the article discusses the conceptual bases of perfection of the mechanism of management of bank profits. It is proved that the main purpose of profit management is to ensure the maximization of the welfare of owners and stakeholders of the bank in the current and prospective periods in conditions best meet the needs of businesses and individuals in banking services. The concept of improving profit management mechanism of the bank, the efficiency criterion which is to identify the reserves for increasing the efficiency of banking operations on the basis of the analysis of the components of its financial results and profitability of the work.
