The needs of workers and companies in ensuring sustainable professional development of workers.

Abstract

The article is devoted to actual problem of identifying the needs of workers and companies in ensuring sustainable professional development of workers. Formation of the needs of workers and companies was considered from two positions – at observance sequences of getting education and in part of components of sustainable professional development of workers. As for the first position, the needs are formed in the following order of getting education: upbringing and socialization of personality, getting complete secondary or vocational, higher and postgraduate education, transfer of knowledge and skills to beginners. Identifying the needs of workers and companies while ensuring sustainable professional development of workers in part of components are carried out during the professional orientation and adaptation, assessment, stimulation, training, career growth, social development of staff, teambuilding. There were highlighted the modern personnel management tools that allow you to brought in line the needs of both sides of sustainable professional development of workers.
