Dinamiks of quantitative and quality characteristics of labour potential of the industry as threat of its upgrade.

Abstract

In article results of a research of essence of labor potential in modern conditions are stated. It is proved that in the conditions of formation of post-industrial society a major factor of development of any sphere of economic activity is labor potential. It is analysed quantitative and quality characteristics of labor potential in the industry of Ukraine and the conclusion is drawn on loss of labor potential of the industry.
