Formation of the knowledge management system in the organization as an element of its HR strategy

Abstract

The article is devoted to the development of recommendations for the knowledge management system formationing in the organization in the context of strengthening its human resources for the successful solution of current and strategic tasks. It was established that when interpreting the essence of the categori "knowledge management" the process-activity approach prevails. At the same time, in the context of the development of the theoretical foundations of knowledge management, it is important to emphasize its role in improving the staffing of organizations. The key tasks of the knowledge management system in the organization are determined. The characteristics of the main elements of the knowledge management system in the organization (knowledge management models, stages of knowledge management, knowledge management centers) are summarized.
