Features coordination processes of intellectual property company

Abstract

The article investigates the foundations of coordination processes in the system of intellectual property management company in today's market conditions. Subject of research - the modern theoretical and methodological problems of formation of an effective system of coordinating the use of intellectual property (IP) business. The aim of the article is to study the place and role of coordination in the management of IP enterprise. Rightly, that the use of IP coordination is an important element of the IP management company. The paper studied the economic substance of category "coordination"; the main tasks of coordination of IP at the domestic enterprises; identified major deficiencies in the coordination of IP; justified by the basic principles of coordination of the use of IP; the basic factors of building an effective system of coordination processes use of IP; reviewed and substantiated the basic requirements for an effective system of coordination of IP; defined stages in the formation of the coordination of IP in the enterprise.
