Investment cyclic and mode of functioning of savings system

Abstract

As a result of the carried out researches the presence of interrelation between small both intermediateterm cycles of the investments and savings in a national economy of Ukraine is established. The cyclic character of development of world economy is one of base laws of its development. Business cycle (business - cycle) is understood as process of change of rates of growth of economy, which passes through phases of rise, acceleration, delay, and recession. During 1991 - 2011 occurred fluctuation of parameters of rates of growth of the savings and investments. The curve of parameters of rates of growth of the investments in the country has maximal in 1994, 1997, 2001, 2004 and 2007; minima - in 1995, 1998, 2002, 2005 and 2009. These fluctuations are minor cycles, which duration makes 2-3 years. They are connected to restoration of economic balance in the consumer market and mass updating of the durable goods. These cycles name as cycles of stocks. The curve of parameters of rates of growth of the savings (total savings) in the country has maximal in 1999, 2004, 2007 and 2010; minima - in 2003, 2005 and 2009. The existence correlation between the specified factors is investigated. Thus, is proved, that the duration of average reinvestment cycles of development of a national economy makes 15 years and these cycles are longer, than cycles of the savings. It is possible to explain it to that for transformation of the savings at the investments the necessary certain period of time, as in this process takes part the financial market.
