Using of corporate social responsibility to create a positive image of the company

The article deals with an important topic - social responsibility of business. Implementation Issues of corporate social responsibility is seen not only in terms of the social problems of society and the need for social protection of the working population, but also from the standpoint of using CSR to create a positive image for an enterprise, establishing public relations and central and local government, maintaining a positive image of the company. The article highlights the role of social responsibility for improving public relations and government cooperation and to attract highly skilled workers to gain competitive advantage in the job market. A description of the basic tools of implementing corporate social responsibility, the use of which in various combinations will allow each manager to find the necessary combination of actions and motives of creating a socially responsible business enterprise. The basic types of social programs, the basic reasons for its introduction and implementation tools are determined. The author also describes the most distributing templates implementing social programs in enterprises, which will simplify the use of corporate social responsibility to improve the competitiveness of any enterprise.References
