Розвиток логістичного аутсорсингу в умовах міжнародної фрагментації виробництва.

У статті розглянуті передумови розвитку логістичного аутсорсингу, а саме: поглиблення міжнародного поділу праці, глобалізація світових ринків товарів і послуг, посилення конкуренції і постійно зростаючі вимоги клієнтів до якості логістичного обслуговування. Автором проаналізовані основні тенденції консолідації в сфері логістичного аутсорсингу. Зроблено акцент на те, що застосування ефективних контрактних логістичних послуг залишається ефективним каналом оптимізації витрат виробництва в глобальних ланцюжках створення вартості. В результаті проведеного аналізу було виявлено, що логістичний аутсорсинг передбачає будь-яку форму екстерналізації логістичної діяльності, яка раніше виконувалася в рамках організаційної структури компанії.Посилання
