Using AI tools in recruitment: HR efficiency analysis and cost savings

The article examines the impact of artificial intelligence tools on the effectiveness of personnel selection in the context of the digital transformation of the labor market. Five classes of AI recruitment tools are systematized by functional purpose: ATS systems, AI Sourcing tools, chatbots, video interviewing platforms, and predictive analytics. Based on data from 2023-2025, the operational and qualitative effectiveness of each class is analyzed. The risks of algorithmic bias, personal data protection issues, and regulatory requirements (EU AI Act) are considered. The specifics of implementing AI in recruiting in Ukrainian companies in wartime are separately investigated.
