Abstract

The article examines the processes of theoretical justification and practical formation of structural components of the mechanism for implementing cloud technologies in the management system of a modern enterprise, which are aimed at increasing its adaptability, economic efficiency and environmental sustainability. Particular attention is paid to the organizational, technological and economic aspects of integrating cloud solutions. The need to transition from traditional IT infrastructure models to flexible service-oriented architectures to increase competitiveness in the conditions of digitalization of the economy is substantiated.
The author has expanded the conceptual principles of forming a mechanism for implementing cloud solutions, which, unlike existing ones, integrates the concept of "Green IT" and takes into account legal conflicts of cross-border data transfer. The methodological approach to assessing the economic efficiency of the cloud through the transformation of capital expenditures into operating expenditures, taking into account the elasticity of resource consumption, has been improved. Research on the transformation of organizational management structures in the direction of their decentralization and virtualization under the influence of "cloudization" has been further developed.
The results of the study were tested on the example of light industry enterprises in Khmelnytskyi region. The modeling proved that the implementation of the proposed mechanism allows reducing energy costs for IT support by up to 84% and reducing the total cost of infrastructure ownership by 18–24% over a three-year cycle. The formed migration "roadmap" can be used by the management of industrial enterprises to minimize the risks of digital transformation.
