Development of personnel management technologies in the IT sphere

Abstract

The article is devoted to the study of the features of personnel management technologies in IT companies and the generalization of the main directions of their development. On the example of IT companies, the onboarding procedure was studied and its main stages were identified, the content of these stages was analyzed. The key HR-technologies used in companies and their correlation with personnel management subsystems are characterized. The main stages of personnel selection in an IT company are highlighted, the differences of IT recruiting are defined. Based on the results of the research, it was established that the main trends in the development of personnel management technologies in IT companies include: digitization of personnel management functions; development of HR technologies that support team interaction; the spread of technologies that create comfortable employment conditions during the remote (mixed) nature of the activity; development of approaches to the introduction of personnel management methods and technologies in a cross-cultural environment.
