Information on Article Processing and Publication Fees

The journal accepts, reviews, and publishes scientific articles free of charge. Submission of manuscripts, the peer review process, and publication in the electronic version of the journal do not require mandatory payment from authors.

The journal supports equal access to the publication of research results and promotes the academic development of early-career researchers.

Articles submitted by third-level higher education applicants (Doctor of Philosophy candidates) enrolled in state-funded programs and prepared individually (without co-authors) are accepted for consideration, peer review, and publication without any financial contributions or additional payments.

At the same time, the Editorial Board reserves the right, in exceptional cases, to establish an Article Processing Charge (APC) or a fee for preparing materials for the printed issue (for example, in cases involving additional editorial and publishing expenses, printing costs, layout, color illustrations, etc.).

If an APC is introduced, authors will be informed in advance about the amount of the fee, the payment procedure, and the grounds for its application. The decision to establish such a fee is made transparently and does not influence the objectivity of the peer review process or the editorial decision regarding acceptance or rejection of the article.

Financial considerations shall not serve as a basis for the acceptance or rejection of a manuscript. All publication decisions are made solely on the basis of the scientific quality, relevance, and compliance of the manuscript with the journal’s scope.
