The article considers the formation of theoretical and methodological approaches to the study of the main determinants of the countries' competitive policy. The authors proposed the systematization of criteria for identifying situations of abuse of dominant position by monopoly firms. The methodical bases for the development of competition policy based on the definition of the objective of legal and economic protection of the market are substantiated.References
