Development of social entrepreneurship as a direction of the labour market state regulation.

In the article the characteristics of social entrepreneurship as the directions of state regulation of the labour market are investigated. In the article the existing approaches to the definition of social enterprise are analyzed. On the basis of the research, it is advisable to define a social enterprise as an activity that extends to areas such as education, environmental protection, poverty reduction, protection of human rights and aimed at solving social problems. During the survey, the national models of social entrepreneurship are systematized and the features of legal regulation of social entrepreneurship in the world are identified. Analysis of current models of social entrepreneurship development confirms that it is actively developing in many countries, and solves the problems of unemployment and social protection. It was established that in the present conditions there is an insufficient level of development of social entrepreneurship in Ukraine. For improvement this situation, in the article a mechanism of social entrepreneurship development are proved and developed. For activation the development of social entrepreneurship in Ukraine are suggested: develop and implement the law on social entrepreneurship that would define clear criteria for social entrepreneurship and established legal mechanisms to support social entrepreneurs; promote the dissemination of information on social entrepreneurship through the media; develop and implement a vocational training program for those wishing to carry out activities in the field of social entrepreneurship.References
