Review of modern methodological foundations for quality of life measuring.

The article deals with the concept of "quality of life", assessment methodology and measurement of this parameter. The aim of the study is to analyze and to systematize the existing theoretical and methodological approaches to the assessment of quality of life, which are used in international and domestic explorations. The article describes the objective, subjective and integral indicators of quality of life. Described the main techniques for measuring this category, such as the human development index, the method of standards and quality of life, the OECD methodology etc. It was indicated the position of Ukraine in various world rankings based on the analysis of the used sources. Provided requirement of development of methodical bases of measurement of quality of life in the conditions of lack of reference system of indicators and the universal technique, considering the indicators of the studied parameter, which are dynamically changing and differentiated territorially, including which are caused by global trends and local tendencies. For Ukraine it, among other things, the manifestations of the military-political conflict, which are significantly reducing the level of objective indicators of quality of life, and also changing subjective ideas of people of the acceptable parameters of satisfaction with life.References
