Abstract

The paper substantiates the role of digitalization of change management processes in corporate structures as a key driver of their adaptability to dynamic external conditions, and identifies the main directions, tools, and implications of implementing digital technologies in corporate management systems.
The study finds that the development of digital technologies has led to a profound transformation of approaches to managing corporate structures, manifested in a shift from traditional hierarchical models to flexible, decentralized, and network-based organizational forms. The evolution of digitalization, from the stage of computerization to the current phase of intelligent management systems, has shaped a new management paradigm in which data, analytics, and digital platforms play a central role.
It is demonstrated that the main drivers of change in corporate structures include the digitalization of the economy, intensified global competition, the transformation of consumer expectations, and the growing importance of institutional and regulatory requirements. These factors necessitate increased organizational flexibility, the development of digital competencies among personnel, and the transformation of managerial functions toward greater analytical capacity, innovation, and coordination.
The study establishes that the digitalization of change management processes enhances the speed of decision-making, the transparency of business processes, the efficiency of resource utilization, and the quality of managerial decisions. The use of Big Data technologies, artificial intelligence, ERP and CRM systems, as well as digital management platforms, enables the formation of adaptive management models capable of responding promptly to changes in the external environment.
It is substantiated that digital transformation contributes to changes in organizational culture, fostering openness, innovation, collaboration, and customer orientation, which are essential prerequisites for effective change management. At the same time, it is identified that the digitalization process is associated with a number of risks, including technological, organizational, and economic risks, which require systematic management and consideration in strategic planning.
It is generalized that the key directions of digitalization in change management include the automation of managerial processes, the integration of analytical systems, the use of artificial intelligence, and the development of digital management platforms. The implementation of these directions ensures the formation of adaptive, resilient, and competitive corporate structures.
It is determined that the digitalization of change management processes acts as a system-forming factor in enhancing the adaptability of corporate structures, enabling them to function effectively under conditions of uncertainty, rapid technological change, and global competition, while also fostering long-term competitive advantages. These digital transformations are driven by global trends in innovation, automation, and the application of artificial intelligence. The key directions of change include the adaptation of organizational structures, the automation and robotization of managerial processes, and the integration of artificial intelligence into strategic change management. The result of these transformations is the creation of sustainable competitive advantages for enterprises in the long term.
