Globalization and transformation of investment strategies in transitional economies

The article examines the impact of globalization processes on the transformation of investment strategies in transitional economies. The main trends in the development of investment activity under conditions of intensified international economic integration, increased capital mobility, and the spread of innovative and digital technologies are analyzed. The study reveals the specific features of the formation and adaptation of investment strategies in transition economies, taking into account structural changes, institutional constraints, and global challenges. Particular attention is paid to the role of foreign direct investment in stimulating innovative development and enhancing the competitiveness of national economies. Based on a comparative analysis, modern approaches to investment risk management are presented, and directions for improving the effectiveness of investment strategies in transitional economies under globalization are identified.
