Adaptive changes in the corporate culture of organizations and adult education systems for the return of veterans to the civilian labor market

The article is devoted to substantiating the priority directions of adaptive changes in organizational corporate culture and adult education systems that facilitate the comfortable and rapid reintegration of veterans into the civilian labor market. It examines the features of contemporary veterans’ policy and the system of state social protection guarantees for veterans in Ukraine. It is determined that the effectiveness of veterans’ reintegration largely depends on the readiness of enterprises to develop an inclusive corporate culture and an adaptive adult education system that takes into account the psychological, age-related, and professional characteristics of this category. Directions for adaptive changes in corporate culture within the system of integration measures are proposed to ensure a smooth return of veterans to the civilian labor market. It is emphasized that, in this context, adult education should provide modular and flexible learning formats combining mentorship, practice-oriented programs, and psychological support for veterans to quickly transform their military experience into professional competencies and ensure effective inclusion in the team.
