New trends in transnationalization of labor resources provision in the conditions of globalization

Abstract

The article analyzes the trends in the development of the world labor market, caused by the processes of globalization and transnationalization of economic activity. It is established that world economic transformations at the stage of globalization cause shifts in the system of international division of labor, causing the formation of new trends in labor resource provision beyond national borders. It is emphasized that transnationalization as a phenomenon of a qualitatively new order forms the framework format of labor relations on a global scale. It is stated that digitalization plays a dominant role among the new trends in labor resource provision, causing the virtualization of labor relations on a global scale. It is established that at the present stage the IT sector has a decisive influence on the development of the international labor market, a key role in this process is played by digital TNCs, demonstrating confident growth dynamics and changing the global labor resource landscape. It is substantiated that the formation of human-centric digital ecosystems contributes to the spread of new forms of employment and the intellectual migration activation. It is determined that within the framework of the formation of the transnational contour of labor resource provision, a transition from labor resource relations in the brain drain - brain gain format to the brain sharing format is taking place, taking into account which a conclusion is made regarding the formation of a transnational model of international migration as a driving force of global economic development.
