The article examines the specific features of social enterprise operations in wartime conditions, where the need for flexible management decisions aimed at supporting vulnerable populations and ensuring social stability is growing significantly. Under such circumstances, social enterprises act not only as economic agents but also as social institutions capable of responding promptly to community needs, adapting business models to crisis situations, and contributing to national resilience. A comprehensive management mechanism is proposed that integrates a strong social mission with effective modern managerial approaches and tools rooted in adaptability, inclusion, partnership, and innovation. The article outlines the structural components of this mechanism: goals, principles, functions, methods, instruments, objects, and subjects of management, as well as external influencing factors and expected outcomes. The proposed mechanism emphasizes the importance of strategic and operational coordination in times of war and substantiates its potential to enhance social capital, economic sustainability, inclusive practices, and public trust in socially oriented business models.
