Inclusive personnel policy as an element of balanced development of the economic space of the region

Abstract

The article is devoted to the justification of theoretical and methodological approaches to the formation of an inclusive personnel policy of the region, which is based on European values, the priority of which are equality, diversity, dignity and contributes to the balanced development of its economic space. As a result of the study, the author's interpretation of the categories "inclusive personnel policy of the region", "balanced development of the economic space", "inclusion and adaptation strategy" is provided. A conceptual scheme for the formation of an inclusive personnel policy with an emphasis on the balanced development of the economic space of the region (community) is proposed. Promising measures are outlined that should be implemented to promote the formation of an inclusive personnel policy and the dissemination of its principles at the regional level.
