Innovative technologies in warehouse logistics of enterprises

Abstract

The globalization of the market, the transition to the e-commerce market, and the development of supply chains require the introduction of innovative technologies in the management of warehouse logistics, which will allow to automate internal warehousing, ensure the integration of logistics business processes, improve the quality of customer service and reduce warehouse costs.
The article examines the use of the latest technologies in warehouse logistics management of an enterprise selling medical products. The logistics process in the warehouse was considered, which made it possible to prove the feasibility of implementing innovative technologies. It has been proven that the use of a robotic stacker will significantly improve working conditions in the warehouse; therefore, it is advisable to use it to perform warehouse operations such as unloading of transport, loading and intra-warehouse movement of goods.
Attention is focused on the problem of excessive energy consumption during the functioning of the enterprise that sells medical products which can be solved thanks to alternative sources of electricity generation, in particular the installation of a solar power plant. It has been proven that the use of alternative energy sources will help reduce administrative costs for warehouse maintenance. Renewable energy technologies improve conditions on-site, save money and provide a cleaner environment.
