The spiritual concept of management of labor collective.

Abstract

The concept of management of the work collective of an enterprise and the national economy from the moral and spiritual point of view has been developed. The following issues are considered: the mission of management - creating a harmonious relationship between workers; management principles - spiritual and moral unity (collectivism), charity, transparency and transfer of experience, social responsibility, catharsis, peaceful coexistence and cooperation for the benefit of society with other business entities, self-sufficiency including selffinancing, self-reliance, complacency; the main purpose of the labor collective – providing a sustainable (lifegiving) development; preferred methods of management – social and psychological, moral – on the basis of impact on subordinates through a personal example of the benevolent attitude towards people, responsible performance of the duties; ways to achieve the goal - spiritual revival of the individual, labor collective and society. Such concept of management will be able to provide a sustainable (life-giving) development of the workforce and society.
