Strategy formation of clusters of Cherkasy region

In article features of formation of the cluster strategy development of the regions and the country as a whole. Based on clustering, foreign experience of formation of cluster policy, as well as the scientific approach to development and implementation of policies, providing for the theoretical and methodological basis for the development and implementation of a regional cluster strategy Cherkasy region. Determined that the main stages of cluster policy is to develop a cluster strategy, in accordance with the principles of multilevel formation should be developed at the state level (national), local (regional) and at the level of clusters (macro level). It was revealed that on the basis of a systematic approach outlined, the cumulative nature of the clustering process, and the role of clusters in enhancing the competitiveness of economic systems, regional cluster strategy should be an integral part of the strategy of socio-economic development of the Cherkasy region. Particular attention is paid to the development of optimal strategies for real clusters. Based on the above steps suggested logical-structural matrix of the cluster project, which includes the following sections: general purpose; objective of the project / program; the results; activities; resources and expenditures; indicators; intentions. It is a management tool in each of the phases of the project cycle.References
