The study of social responsibility in the labor market: a regional aspect

Abstract

The article considers the state of the social responsibility of employers and employees on the example of Kirovograd region. Identified the most problematic components of social responsibility, namely, providing employees with high-quality and safe working conditions, decent, honest, adequate pay and system training and development, the scope of the collective settlement of contractual relations. The aspects of the implementation of social responsibility are investigated. A special role in solving the problems of social protection in terms of unemployment belongs to the collective agreement. At present time, the development of collective bargaining regulation takes on new trends. Evidence of this are the various facets of this mechanism in various economic activities. The main directions of improving social responsibility in the Kirovograd region are offered. The advantages of implementation of the proposed ways to increase the social responsibility of employers and employees in the Kirovograd region are identified .
