Archiving and Long-Term Open Access Preservation Policy

The journal “Economics and Management Organization” ensures long-term preservation and open access to published materials in accordance with the principles of Open Science, international standards for electronic archiving, and the requirements for scholarly professional journals.

Archiving of materials is carried out through the deposit of full-text articles in the Institutional Repository of Vasyl’ Stus Donetsk National University, available at: 
https://r.donnu.edu.ua/

The repository provides:
– free and unrestricted access to electronic versions of publications;
– long-term digital preservation using modern server technologies;
– stability and persistence of electronic links;
– regular data backup and protection against data loss;
– integration with international indexing systems and academic search services.

The technical infrastructure of the repository includes regular software updates, protection against unauthorized access, secure backup mechanisms, and support for standard metadata exchange protocols (including OAI-PMH), ensuring interoperability with global information systems.

In the event of termination of the journal’s activity or changes in its status, the Editorial Board will ensure the transfer of archival materials to an appropriate scientific repository in order to maintain continuous open access to scholarly publications.

The journal supports self-archiving policies and encourages authors to deposit their publications in national and international open repositories in accordance with the applicable licensing terms.
